This is a favorite with my customers! Beer bread is a somewhat denser bread than regular bread and can taste a little sweeter depending what beer you use. Never be afraid to add other ingredients to this white beer bread mix, such as chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, cinnamon... and the list goes on! It tastes great with nearly every beer it is made with, such as lagers, ales, IPAs, and dark beer like stouts & porters, you can even use clear carbonated soda/pop! Simply mix with a can of your favorite beer or soda and bake! It's so simple, my 8 yr. old granddaughter can even make it! It also pairs well with soups, casseroles, stews, well, just about anything (my favorite is with honey butter)! I make each order as it comes in for freshness.
